ABOUT OUR PURPOSE
We are continuously working to establish a narrow focus, since we are a new foundation. As we try to keep our roots in distributing kindness and love, I want to share a story about one of our first recipients...
We have been blessed with so many good people in our lives, and "good" is an understatement. One day, I was talking with a group of some dear friends. As we spoke about our lives, she mentioned that her sister was in need of some financial assistance. A moment of clarity came when another friend in the group asked, "How can we help?" I thought, "Wait...we have a foundation for that!" That serendipitous moment led to us gifting funds for this sweet sister to get a new car to take her babies to daycare and herself to work. This led to her moving to a new community, a new school for her sweet babies, and a new job. Sometimes people just need ONE person to believe in them and it sparks a new chapter, thus a new and beautiful life. When a need crosses our path, we give. We give without expectation, and Elleana and Isabella's hearts beat on with each act of kindness.
It gave us joy. It gave our foundation a purpose. It defined our "why."

The BE Foundation
The twins were born one minute apart. Elleana (Elle) arrived first and Isabella (Belle) arrived short after. All of Belle’s life, she strived to be first—she wanted to beat her sister at EVERYTHING. Because of that trait, we decided to put the “B” first in the name. Elle was quite passive, so we are certain that she would be happy to allow this. She is up there, painting the sky with rainbows and sunsets, so we know that her heart is content.
BE. What’s the significance? I don’t know a lot of things for certain, but I do know that my beautiful girls were good, kind, and loving to every single person that crossed their paths. When we set up this foundation, the phrase that kept coming to me and the phrase that still defines them is this:
Be Good. Be Kind. Be Love.
